Yesterday, the II Strategic Reflection Days were held in Barcelona, driven by CENFIM: “Search and attraction of talent”.

The conferences were aimed at providing tools for SMEs in order to encourage them to find and recruit workers and talent in their companies.

On the other hand, the speakers also explained how to get a more attractive company through new management and leadership systems.

In addition, Joaquim Solana, Cluster Manager of CENFIM, presented all the activities carried out by the cluster where the SENTINEL project was mentioned.
